I volunteer at a pantry. They had an excess of avocados and packaged, cut fruit.
The avocados: Every one I've cut open is beautiful, green and tasty. (Even the ones that do not appear good on the exterior.) I just read that you can freeze them.
The fruit: Is in the freezer. As is often the case with pantry produce, the fruit is slightly past its peak and into the Best-For-Smoothie Stage. Mainly melon & pineapple. (Splash of rum recommended. But you didn't hear that from me.)
On Mission x Industrial. I'm going north on Mission to downtown. I can drop off.
