Pulled from the recycling dumpster at the Fire Station. Appears un-used. Red colored, square-shaped. No manufacturers info on it. Might work for base for a patio umbrella, not sure. 17 inches square and 5-1/2 inches tall. Hole in center appears to clamp down on any pole 1-1/8 to 1-1/4 inch diameter. Maybe fill with sand or gravel to use outside in freezing weather. Can leave on porch in Village Green in Newport News, between the Yoder Dairy Barn and Hampton Roads Academy, off Oyster Point. -paul
