Request: Glass / china ramekin dishes (Putnoe MK41) Expired 1y - Hi, does anyone have a No of glass or china ramekin dishes they've saved from e.g. Gu puddings or others? It's my Dad's 90th birthday in a few weeks time and the family is getting together in Yeovil for a special afternoon tea. It would be great to have a No of these for butter / cream for all the bits like scones... If you can help at all, I'd be very grateful - can only collect within walking distance from my home just off Dover Crescent as I don't have my own transport. I have little money to contribute to the day, but it would be lovely to have something that I can help out with 😍 Request: Trays for making Ice Lollies (Putnoe MK41) Expired 1y - Hi, does anyone have any trays for making ice-lollies? I know a family who could make use of these - they don't know I'm asking (!!) I wanted to do something to help them give the kids a treat on a DIY basis... I have a bundle of lollipop sticks (don't ask why!!!) and thought this could be a lovely thing for them to do together over the summer holidays, plus save a few pennies... I don't have a car and am reliant on public transport to get about as well as having some mobility issues, so long-distance walking is slow and painful, but I will do my best to pick up from areas close-ish to me... Thank you in advance xxx Free: Packing peanuts - vegetable starch (Putnoe MK41) Expired 1y - I've got a small quantity - fills one of those small red bags that Tesco insist on putting meat / fish produce in for home deliveries (long-since stopped, but I keep packaging for other uses)! Collection is from Putnoe Having checked them, they appear to be recyclable ones as one I checked disolved in water, so I assume they're some sort of vegetable starch! Request: 1 Pint Milk Cartons (Putnoe MK41) Received 1y - Hi, I'd really appreciate some 1 pint milk cartons so I can freeze milk when I find it at a reduced price - sometimes I see 4 pint cartons reduced by 75% with a use-by date of that day... I know I can freeze the 4 pint carton, but it takes 2 days to defrost and then needs to be used pretty immediately... If I could decant those into 1 pint cartons before freezing, it would really help... and would be great for me to help make my very limited budget stretch further and avoid food waste... Thank you in advance xxx Request: Ice Cube Trays (Putnoe MK41) Received 1y - Hi, I'd really appreciate some ice cube trays so I can freeze things like eggs, small portions of sauces etc The last fridge-freezer I bought (about 5-7 yrs ago now) didn't come with any and I didn't think to keep the ones from the old one... Someone suggested I can freeze eggs in them for later use in e.g. sauces, cakes or as scrambled eggs which sounds like a brilliant idea to me and would be great for me to help make my very limited budget stretch further and avoid food waste... Thank you in advance xxx Request: Netting for solar panels (Putnoe MK41) Expired 1y - I know this is random, but I have solar panels with no mesh around... And a problem with pigeons nesting underneath them - about 20 right now... They're causing health problems for me... I have no money to do anything about it, so if anyone has the mesh available, it would be a massive start... I still have to find someone who can fit it... Thank you Request: White Crockery (Putnoe MK41) Received 1y - I have white crockery as it's so easy to integrate something new! Much of what I have now is chipped and really beyond it's best. I cannot afford to replace anything, so would be very happy to collect any items such as dinner plates / cereal bowls / soup bowls / side plates if anyone has a few available... I'm struggling financially and whilst I still have a car at the moment, it is on finance, so I won't have it after next Tuesday (28 June) ... A shopping trolley would really help as I struggle to carry much... I can collect from locations close to Putnoe if after Monday 27th June as I'll need to walk! Thank you
