Beige leather sectional (Brookedale Woods 48309)
Sturdy, but the leather is in bad shape in many places especially on back tops of cushions (see photos). A slipcover would make it good as new. 10’2” by 7’3” and 3 ft deep. In two pieces at curb, first person here gets it. We wont be able to answer if it’s still available but we will take the post down as soon as it is gone. On Doral at corner of Pinehurst, in Brookedale woods sub off Adams in Rochester Hills (sub entrance across from Village Mall)
