C - works but loud (Flatbush - Prospect Lefferts)
This Friedrich 6000 BTU A/C works to cool down a bedroom, but is loud and rattly. We have cleaned it. Perhaps good for you if you only rarely use the A/C or are hard of hearing or can figure out how to deal with the vibration. We live in a building with an elevator and can help you get it out the door.

Leather sleeper couch (Flatbush - Prospect Lefferts)

This golden brown leather sleeper couch comes from a clean and smoke free (and scent free) home. It is in good shape EXCEPT for some small slits in one of the seats (see pictures). It is heavy and you and a strong friend would need to carry it down a pretty wide stairway from the 3rd floor.
