girl's bike (Ulverley Green B91)

Hi - this bike hasn't been used for few years. The brakes seem fine, but the tires are flat (not sure if there's a puncture or whether they just need to be pumped up). The wheels are 40cm in diameter, and the seat adjusts from about 70cm to 80cm from the floor. It probably suits a 6-8 year old but i'm guessing !
