One seat comfy arm chair that has a swivel/glider on it so it can gently rock back and forth. It is a nice peach color with a subtle checkered pattern. It is a little heavy and should have two people to lift it. The seat and back cushion can be removed. I can help you move it into your vehicle. This is a coordinated pick up, not a porch pickup.

King size mattress cover, waterproof and dust proof. The side close to your sheets is a type of terry cloth, with water barrier below. No tears, and elastic is still good, but it is discolored with wear (and a few tea stains). Has been washed and bleached with oxyclean, so clean to use, but stains seem permanent.
