a Large dog/cat door (Mills River) Due to Helene, our dog/cat door is completely ruined. It's located in our family room and it's just too cold in there now. We have to keep the door open during the day because that's how the dogs get out to go to the bathroom (we have an invisible fence). Bible from USS Osberg DE-538 (Hendersonville) Hello. I just re-discovered a King James Bible, hardback with a blue cover, that has U.S.S. OSBERG printed in gold on the front. On the bottom of the cover in smaller print it says "Presented by the American Bible Society". I received this in the 1970's from a woman who attended our church and I believe her late husband served in the ship during the Korean War. My father told her I had dreams of attending the US Naval Acadamy at the time (never happened) and she wanted me to have it. There is some discoloration on the cover as well as wear and binding is cracked. I have already searched for an association or society for the ship that may have wanted it and do not find one. If anyone knows of someone with an attachment to the ship or just wants a bit of Navy history, you may have it. Pictures available upon request.

Small, enclosed trailer (Brevard) I am in search of a used (or new) enclosed, single axle, utility trailer. My 501c3 will modify it to be used as a mobile emergency solar powered micro grid and power station. It will be made avaliable to those in need in the Transylvania and Henderson County areas to provide electricity for those without power during grid outages, storms and other situations. Priority will be given to the elderly, those with medical support equipment such as CPAP and oxygen concentrator, and those with small children. If you have an unused trailer, please consider donating it to this great cause that will help people in need.
