ANTIQUE CAST IRON WITH LATCH WOOD HANDLE...not sure if it is a squirrel or cock on top...but either way, very cute. Good working condition, just not efficient compared to today's plug in irons. Weight is about 8 pounds...and hurts if you drop it on your toe.

I think it needs to be auto cleaned according to the YouTube tutorials I’ve watched on why the clean light comes on. I just don’t have the patience to try. Also missing the little silver strainer plate that sits underneath. Just asking before I throw it away, it’s still usable. I hate throwing things out that can be used. They’re a little beat up, which shows mostly bc of the cherry color, but can be touched up. You might even be able to use the footboard as a headboard if you can prop it up. Heavy wood.
