Large chair mat/platform, very sturdy, great for office roller chair on carpet. Approximately 4’ wide by 5’6” long, laminate flooring on plywood. Not exactly professionally built, but served me well. Second picture also shows comparison with plastic chair mat, 3’ by 4’, which I can throw in if desired. It was labeled “heavy duty”, but doesn’t perform nearly as well (hence the custom-built platform).

Giving away a queen-size sleeper sofa. The fabric is light brown microfiber. The cushion and pillow covers are removable and machine washable/dry on low. There is some wear on the arms, but stillmin decent condition. Originally purchased at Macy's. Non-smoking home. Serious inquiries only. You will need a pick-up or full-size van, and two people as it is 80 inches long and very heavy. We will have it in the garage, so no stairs. PLEASE - When responding, I would appreciate a day and approximate time when you are available to pick up so that we can get it to the garage.
