Sony Bravia 37" LCD TV (West Bradford Twp)
This TV developed a chroma (color) problem that seems to be affected by heat. All inputs work, as does the remote control. It was taken apart to see if there was a dust build up that might have caused a heat buildup that affected the circuitry. While a thin layer of dust was removed, the cleaning did not resolve the problem. The last 4 photos in the sequence are of video of the TV used as a second monitor connected to a laptop, in an attempt to highlight the issue. It is difficult to see in the thumbnail photos. This unit will power on and start a brew cycle; the pump motor runs but hot water is not delivered. Could be a scale issue in the plumbing, which in the past was resolved by letting it sit idle for months then trying a descale cycle. That didn't solve the issue for me this time. Take it for parts or your own DIY repair. Porch pickup.

This unit initially failed with a weird error message when attempting to start a brew and then finally failed to power on. Opened the unit to check for a blown fuse. The fuse was ok, but I managed to break plastic at junction points I didn't initially see, so I just gave up and dumped the carcass in a box. If you want it for spare parts like the water reservoir, or internal parts for another failed unit, come and get it.
