We used to have a steam cleaner, Karcher I believe, but it suffered from a terminal electrical fault so went to the tip. Just been tidying up the garage and found this box full of the accessories for which we no longer have a cleaner. Can anybody make use of these before I take them to the tip?

Green ceramic Doulton lamp base purchased circa 1977, almost vintage. Was working when put in loft some years ago but when brought down recently it did not work - possibly a problem with electrical connection. Might appeal to someone who has the electrical skills to bring it to life. Base in excellent condition.

Two patterned curtains originally meant for child's bedroom. Each curtain measures 190cm wide x 119cm long. Hem 8cm deep as is curtain tape. Excellent quality material. Pattern might not appeal to everyone but curtains could be taken apart and lining used as backing material for quilts or for arts and crafts projects

Wired magazine collections UK edition from 2009, the first issues, up to 2018. All issues in that period. USA edition, not sure of years, but from early 2000's to 20118-ish, not every issue. All-in-all, a lot of magazines. Excellent magazine, technology-based content, but not you usual stuff relating to gadgets, etc. An excellent source of now-historic but still interesting content, if you are interested or know of any peopl;e or schools/organistaions that can make use of these, then contact me asap, or they will be consigned to the recycle bin in a week or so.
