Approximately 4.5"H x 2" square. No lids. They make cute little bud vases that fit neatly on the window sill, or I am sure a crafty person can come up with creative uses. The Bio-Orb normally has 2 halves as it's a rolling composter but I only have one of the 2 halves. It can still be used as a stationary compost bin (not rolling). Extremely thick durable plastic material & scattered air vents make this perfect for repurposing as a large planter, hanging swing chair & whatever else your creativity ideates (36" inches wide)
