For a small/medium dog - see last pic for measurements. My husband got the wrong size for our growing 10mth old. Only worn once but she didn't get on with this style. Freshly washed and clean. Black hygiene pants - for heat cycle. They need disposable pads but we just used folded kitchen towel, which worked perfectly well.
