Two flicker-style scooter things.
One “normal”-size, the other smaller; both neglected & cosmetically poor, but still glide nicely.
No brakes on either.
Brake-handle mechanism on the larger one (“sportster”) was missing some years ago when I got it & replaced it with one from a bike, but that’s rusted & seized now.
The smaller one (“Flicker”) had the brake handle mechanism removed for another project.
