I'm looking for an IKEA Benno or Gnedby CD/DVD tower in beech colour - the light slightly yellowish veneer.
These are the tall narrow shelves about 180cm tall and 20cm wide.
Ikea don't sell them in this colour any more.
I have seven of these already but my CD collection is expanding so I need a bit more storage.
There isn't space to extend sideways but there's space above them.
My plan is to take the new CD tower apart, cut the boards into two long boards and two short boards, and reassemble the parts in a different way to make a horizontal unit which can go across the top of the existing CD towers so that I can use all of the space up as far as the ceiling.
So if you have a suitable CD tower looking for a new home can I please have it?
I can collect it most evenings or any time at weekends anywhere within a reasonable distance of Stoneleigh near Ewell.
I guarantee to collect it at the agreed time give or take a few minutes to allow for the traffic.
