400 DVDs and 70 CDs (Stoneleigh KT17) Gifted 3d - I have about 400 DVDs and about 70 CDs looking for a new home. They're a mixture of genres and are complete with the cases and inserts. They're free but you would need to collect them from my home in Stoneleigh near Ewell, KT17 postcode area. I mainly work from home so I can be fairly flexible about a collection day and time.

Three section aluminium ladder (Stoneleigh KT17) Gifted 48d - I have a three section aluminium ladder looking for a new home. Each section is 2.5 metres long. It's in generally good condition but it was stored outside so there's a slight surface corrosion. Some of the sections have wooden feet which have rotted but would be easy to replace. It's free but you'd need to collect it from my home in Stoneleigh KT17 postcode area. I usually work from home so I can be quite flexible about a collection day and time.

Plastic frog (Stoneleigh KT17) Received 156d - A weird request................... Do any of you have something like the yellow plastic frog shown in the picture. I sell microscopes for a living and one customer wanted to image a yellow plastic frog identical to the one in the image. It was about 5cm long and about 1 cm tall so on a digital microscope it needed several images to be stitched together and vertical scans to increase the depth of field. The reason for choosing the frog was that it's very challenging to image - large and tall with few surface features and smooth so there are reflections. I want to get something similar for future use.

Small CD player (Stoneleigh KT17) Expired 178d - My partner is looking for a small CD player with built in speakers so that she can listen to some educational CDs. If you have something suitable lying around gathering dust she'd be very happy to give it a new home. I could collect it most evenings and some times at the weekend.

Three high chairs (Stoneleigh KT17) Expired 183d - My partner will have her two sons and their families staying for Christmas including three babies. They won't be able to bring too much stuff with them so she's looking for three high chairs. The high chairs should ideally be foldable or capable of being partially taken apart for storage as she has limited space at home. If you have anything suitable she'd be very happy to give them a new home. I could collect most evenings and some weekends.

White Ikea Kallax shelves (Stoneleigh KT17) Received 226d - My girlfriend is looking for some white Kallax shelves to store her grandkids toys. Either a 2x4 unit or a pair of 2x2 units. High back black office chair (Stoneleigh KT17) Gifted 226d - I have a black high back office chair looking for a new home. I received it from a freebie site a few weeks ago. It was supposed to be leather but I think it may be plastic of some kind. It's in very good condition although there are a few rough patches on the arms which need smoothing off, but something I didn't know when I collected it, and the original owner didn't say, is that someone using the chair is a smoker. So the chair has a faint smokey aroma. I've tried various ways to get rid of the aroma and it's a lot better than it was but I can still smell the smoke. I dislike the smell of smoke so if you don't mind a faint smoky aroma you can have a very good office chair for free. I work from home so I can be quite flexible about a collection day and time.

Old style wooden stepladder (Stoneleigh KT17) Received 272d - Hi I'm looking for a wooden stepladder. The idea is to separate it into two halves and lean them up against a wall in the bathroom for use as towel racks - As in the photo Ideally it should be about six feet tall and fairly clean without loads of paint marks, although the plan would be to sand it down, add some lacquer and possibly wood stain, so a few marks will be ok. If you have such a step ladder I'd be happy to give it a new home. I could collect most evenings and some days and I guarantee to collect at the agreed time give or take a few minutes to allow for the traffic. Thanks in advance.

Blackboard paint (Stoneleigh KT17) Expired 1y - I'm looking for a small amount of blackboard paint. Ordinary black paint isn't rough enough for chalks. It needs to be enough to cover about 60cmx60cm. Before I buy a tin I was wondering if anybody nearish to me (KT17 postcode area) has some lying around. If you have some can I please have it. I could collect it most evenings or weekends.

Large wood/metal transport box (Stoneleigh KT17) Gifted 1y - This is a large wooden box with metal reinforcements, handles, wheels and solid catches which I think was originally used to transport DJ equipment - there's a fitting inside which appears to have been for something like a turntable and holes in the side which were presumably for cables. It's 110cm long, 51cm wide and 28cm tall. I originally collected it from a freebie site intending to use it for transporting optical equipment, but soon after I got hold of some aluminium containers which were lighter and more suitable. So I’m offering this box to anyone who’d like to give it a new home. It should be straightforward to remove the turntable fitting and fill in the holes. It’s free but you’ll need to collect it from my home in Stoneleigh near Ewell, KT17 postcode area. Please note that it’s quite heavy and even though it has built in wheels, it’s not something you could collect without a car.

Working mechanical watch (Stoneleigh KT17) Expired 1y - I sell microscopes with cameras for a living and I'd like to display a moving image on the screen. The ideal object would be an old style wind up mechanical wrist watch or pocket watch. Something that I can take the back off and see small gear wheels and other components moving around. It doesn't matter if it looks a bit tatty, has broken or missing glass or hands - Provided I can wind it up and show the moving parts under a microscope. If you have such a watch going spare can I please have it? I could collect it most evenings or weekends within a reasonable travelling distance of Stoneleigh near Ewell.

Audio amplifier (Stoneleigh KT17) Received 1y - Hi I watch DVDs and listen to CDs while I'm on my exercise bike, with headphones so I don't disturb my neighbours. Unfortunately the headphone socket on my TV has failed. The TV has digital optical, RCA/phono and HDMI audio outputs so I'm looking for a small hifi amplifier with optical/phono/HDMI input, a headphone socket and a remote control to allow me to continue to use my headphones. It doesn't need to be anything fancy - Just a basic unit will be fine. I live in Stoneleigh (KT17 postcode area) and I could collect most evenings and weekends from anywhere within a reasonable distance. Thanks in advance.

Bike 25-622 tyre & brake calipers (Stoneleigh KT17) Received 1y - Hi A friend gave me a light weight road bike which needs some TLC. There are a couple of items I need but before I go out and buy them I was wondering if anybody has them sitting around looking for a new home. The rear brake caliper is missing - It's the old fashioned type with a hole in the centre to bolt it to the bike frame. It doesn't need to be new, and I can clean up a certain amount of rust and grime. The front tyre is completely bald and worn out but the inner tube seems ok. The numbers on the side of the tyre are 25-622-128-100-700-250j 85-115PSI This means a 25mm wide tyre with an inner diameter of 622mm. It has the thin Presta type valve - the one with the small metal thumb screw at the top to seal it. The tyre doesn't need to be new but it needs to have enough tread to last a while. If anybody has these I could collect them most evenings. Here's hoping

Two wheelbarrow style wheels (Stoneleigh KT17) Expired 1y - Hi I was recently given a metal trolley which will be very useful for shifting heavy(ish) loads around but one of the two wheels is broken. It will be almost impossible to get a matching wheel so I'm looking for a pair of wheels, the sort you fit on wheelbarrows. Do you have a pair of suitable wheels lying around looking for a new home? If so, can I please have them? I could collect them most weekday evenings or most times at weekends.

Oak or similar engineered flooring (Stoneleigh KT17) Expired 1y - My home office currently has a carpet which is looking very tatty. I'd like to change this for wooden engineered floorboards - The type with a few mm of solid wood on top of a plywood base. Ideally the light "oak" colour to more or less match the wooden flooring in the neighbouring hallway. I need about seven square metres, possibly eight if I need to trim the boards a lot. Before I go out and buy new boards, which are quite expensive, I was wondering if anybody is taking up and disposing of some suitable flooring. I could collect most evenings and weekends.

roman blind (Stoneleigh KT17) Gifted 1y - I have a roman blind looking for a new home. It was originally home made about ten years ago along with a matching blind on another window. Then I got divorced and when my ex moved out she took the other blind but left this one. I couldn't get a matching replacement so I bought a pair of new blinds. It fits a window 155cm wide and 123cm high, but it could be trimmed down if necessary. It's free but you would need to collect it from my home in Stoneleigh near Ewell. KT17 postcode area.

Two USB2 hard disc enclosures (StoneleighKT17) Gifted 1y - I have two USB2 and Firewire enclosures for 3.5 inch hard disc drives looking for a new home. They're complete with power supplies, mains cables, USB cables and one stand to mount a drive vertically. Please note that they're empty so you'll need to add your own hard discs and that they take the older style IDE discs not the newer SATA discs. Ikea Benno or Gnedby CD Tower Birch (Stoneleigh KT17) Expired 1y - I'm looking for an IKEA Benno or Gnedby CD/DVD tower in beech colour - the light slightly yellowish veneer. These are the tall narrow shelves about 180cm tall and 20cm wide. Ikea don't sell them in this colour any more. I have seven of these already but my CD collection is expanding so I need a bit more storage. There isn't space to extend sideways but there's space above them. My plan is to take the new CD tower apart, cut the boards into two long boards and two short boards, and reassemble the parts in a different way to make a horizontal unit which can go across the top of the existing CD towers so that I can use all of the space up as far as the ceiling. So if you have a suitable CD tower looking for a new home can I please have it? I can collect it most evenings or any time at weekends anywhere within a reasonable distance of Stoneleigh near Ewell.
