CRT Monitor - spares or repair (Parson's Heath CO4)

Hi folks, I have a Dell 17" monitor offered, as spares or repair. There are some of you that like to tinker & repair electronic stuff. It's a Dell model 78682 CRT (big back & heavy). The screen keeps switching on & off, hence offered as spares / repair.
