Spacious, sturdy and well made. Superficial condition issues that could be dealt with with some dark polish and markers, or a revarnish.
Elevator building with a ramp.
Time frame: asap, of course. I'm home a lot, with a pretty flexible schedule. Ideal pick-up window is weekdays from 7:30am until 5, when the service elevator is available, but other times are possible too.
