Childs buggy (Liskeard PL14)

Childs buggy or pushchair to suit 6 year old or bigger . I have twin autistic granddaughters and usually look after them one at a time . Today I carried and horseyed the non verbal one for about a mile . I am too old for it these days . A buggy of some sort would be ideal .
