scaffold tower (Liskeard PL14)

We have a narrow courtyard and max is 5 ft by 3 ft . Once above the first 8 ft there is no limit . If anyone has a tower or knows the answer then I would be very grateful . This is my stepsons roof and I think I have fixed the bit over the flat roof with much help from people such as Freeglers .
