Delta changing kit / topper (West Springfield, VA)

Converts an existing dresser, table, or desk into a changing table for use with a standard changing pad. Comes with the hardware — the blue tape you can see in the photo is keeping the screws attached to the piece so we don’t lose it. Dark wood stain. Solid and secure — used it through two kids.
