Request: Leis (West Springfield, VA) Withdrawn 22d - I need 10 leis (Hawaiian-style flower necklaces) for a party next week. Just the plastic ones, like from party city. Would prefer not to buy new plastic if anyone has extras lying (lei-ing?) around. Thank you in advance!! Free: spray pail and diaper sprayer (West Springfield, VA) Gifted 210d - Used and loved but no longer need (although very handy for spraying off other grungy stuff into the toilet, such as muddy shoes, not just cloth diapers)! The spray hose attaches to a standard toilet — very easy diy, no plumber needed. Some people do use them as bidets but it’s cold water only (brr). The pail is super handy for clipping on cloth diapers and preventing any mess/splatter. The pail has a hole in the bottom and is designed to fit right over a toilet. See my other post about cloth diapers, too — they would pair well together for someone just starting out.

Free: Cloth diapers (West Springfield, VA) Expired 210d - Various cloth diapers and covers. Some pockets, some AIOs, a few fitteds. Also some wool covers and lanolin if you are interested! Mostly one size (typically fits babies 10-35 pounds). All used. Some higher-end brands such as thirsties and lighthouse kids. Mostly gender-neutral, but maybe one or two are on the girly side. Lovingly collected and am very sad to let them all go, but we’re fully potty trained for a year now and they won’t do anyone any good just sitting there! Really want them to go to a good home. Happy to give you a bit of a tutorial if you’re a beginner user of cloth diapers or are unfamiliar with wool. Let me know which type(s) you’re most interested in. Free: Wrapping paper (West Springfield, VA) Gifted 210d - We just have a surplus of gift bags and wrapping paper. Would anyone like some gently used gift bags, various sizes? Can make it a more Christmas-themed batch or a batch more suitable more birthdays and other occasions, just let me know! Free: Ceiling fan (West Springfield, VA) Gifted 232d - Nice, working 5-blade ceiling fan, Hampton Bay brand. Takes four bulbs. Dimmable and (I think) 3 speeds, maybe 4. Nothing is wrong with it, but we moved our kids to bunk beds and the fan blades were too close to the upper bunk for comfort! Forgot to take a photo of it when it was actually on our ceiling, oops.

Thanks! Free: long, sheer curtains (96") and rod (West Springfield, VA) Gifted 284d - In good condition! They have grommets for hanging on curtain rod. Curtain rod and hardware also available. The color of the curtains is a little bit hard to describe -- in some lights they look a little bit more sage-colored, and in some lights more colorless. They feature a branch pattern that starts about midway down.

Free: Melissa and Doug magnet calendar (West Springfield, VA) Gifted 327d - A daily magnet calendar for kids. 2023 is the last year it has, but you could paint over the 2021 and 2022 magnets, perhaps, to make 2024 and 2025!

Free: Nightlight/sound machine for kids (West Springfield, VA) Gifted 1y - Cute elephant nightlight that casts stars up on the ceiling/walls at night. It also plays music. Different color options for the lights. Good working order! (Dog-friendly home, no smoking.)

Free: Knobs for drawers/cabinets (West Springfield, VA) Gifted 1y - 9 ceramic knobs for drawers or cabinets. Cute! Green, black, and white. About 1 inch diameter — see photo next to a key for scale. Some are missing hardware. One black one has a chip.

Free: Lampshades (West Springfield, VA) Gifted 1y - All of similar sizes, around 8-10 inches tall. If you don’t want all three, that’s ok. Two of them are white (or maybe off-white) and one is more of a burgundy shade.

Free: Italian-themed gift basket (West Springfield, VA) Gifted 1y - I won a gift basket today! I went in and took the things I wanted (like pasta and wine…sorry) but there’s a bunch of nice stuff in here I don’t need but you might enjoy. Includes: waffle cookies, breadsticks, milk chocolate bar, vanilla wafers, 2 cloth tote bags, a clock (that seems to have been damaged in transit but is still kinda ticking?), a pizza recipe book, dried basil leaves, an apron, a dish cloth. Free: Desk lamp — adjustable (West Springfield, VA) Gifted 1y - Desk lamp with adjustable arm and a variety of brightness settings. Used, but like new (you can still see the little plastic covering on the buttons in the photo, which you are welcome to remove when it’s yours!).

Free: Overstuffed body pillow (West Springfield, VA) Expired 1y - Large body pillow with white pillowcase that is a bit of a tight squeeze. In good shape.

Free: Small desk (West Springfield, VA) Gifted 1y - Small but heavy! Real wood for the most part, with a covering on top that allows for a sturdy writing surface. It’s a little bit small as an everyday desk for most adults, I would say. At some point we unscrewed the drawers so that they could be removable, making for easier carrying, but it does mean the drawers are now a bit wobbly, if that makes sense. Desk itself is sturdy. 40” W x 18” D x 31” H.

Free: Lightly used medela breastpump (West Springfield, VA) Gifted 1y - Double electric breastpump — the medela pump in style advanced double breast pump. Comes with manual and unused valve replacements. Very, very lightly used. Does not come with bottles but does have standard flanges. (You can order replacement parts online easily if you are concerned about hygiene, need different sizes, or want the bottles.) I’ll throw in a one-size-fits-most pumping bra, also very lightly used, if you want (size XS-L).

Free: Delta changing kit / topper (West Springfield, VA) Gifted 1y - Converts an existing dresser, table, or desk into a changing table for use with a standard changing pad. Comes with the hardware — the blue tape you can see in the photo is keeping the screws attached to the piece so we don’t lose it. Dark wood stain. Solid and secure — used it through two kids. (See separate listing if you’re in need of a changing pad, too.) Matched very well with the little dark wood desk we’re also offering right now on TrashNothing!

Free: Changing pad (West Springfield, VA) Gifted 1y - Ok, this one has been used through two kids and has some light staining and a small tear. It’s still very usable, though, and more attractive when you put a cute changing pad cover on it.

Free: Disposable diapers, size 4 (West Springfield, VA) Gifted 1y - About 120 disposable diapers, size 4. Pampers pure brand. In addition, 20 or so size 5 disposable diapers, a mix of Huggies and Amazon’s mama bear brand. (We have potty trained! 🎉)
