Electric Mobility Scooter for Elderly Disabled Man (Druids Heath B14)

Hi, my elderly disabled neighbour suffered a stroke a while back and has had trouble walking and he recently told me how he doesnt have the money to buy a mobility scooter and so I thought id ask here if anyone has one thats old or unused or even broken (im a computer science student and so Id be happy to try and fix it for him). He is currently only using a normal wheelchair, however, he has trouble with it as he can barely use one of his hands due to his stroke meaning he cant really go far with it anyway and can barely walk with his crutches.
