Adult Mountain Bike For Winter (Kitchener (Forest Hill))

Hello all. I am wondering if anyone has an adult (Male) mountain bike that is in good working condition (26" wheels or larger, preferred). It does not need to be that great looking, as I am hoping to use it for winter commuting ONLY. I am moderately handy at fixing things so replacing tires, brakes etc, is within my reach. My current winter bike "gave up the ghost" this week and I am looking to replace it. Thanks for your consideration.
