Timer for Central Heating (Southam GL52)

Good Day Freeglers, Our controller is playing up and I was hoping one of the Freeglers who upgraded to WI FI / HIVE controls may have a Heating controller sitting in a box. Maybe even more sophisticated than our simple timer. There used to be controllers that "talked" to a handheld remote (like a TV's). At the moment ours need a smack to kick on! Thank you very much.
