martial arts and boxing equipment (Gosport PO12)

I am looking for any martial arts, boxing, and fitness training equipment especially needed is a century bob (head and torso punch dummy). I aim to start FREE self defence and fitness classes for children so have contacted all local big business, government bodies, and sport England for funding to buy equipment but no one is interested at present!
