Roof Top Box (Hemel Hempstead, HP2)

If anyone could help me. I'm looking for a roof box, in a safe usable condition. I already have bars fitted to my car. I require extra storage space for my car due to my dog taking up our entire boot space. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
