Blood pressure monitor (Warton LA5)

My BP seems to rocket when I go to the surgery, so I’m waiting for a 24 hour monitor to be lent out by them. It’s a long waiting list so meanwhile I thought it could be worth taking my own BP at home, and wondered if anyone has a monitor they no longer need, please?
