Working AT&T or Verizon Cell Phone (30331)

Hubby’s phone suddenly died. In search of an UNLOCKED, WORKING cell phone that’s compatible with AT&T or Verizon. Doesn’t matter what kind as it’ll be temporary until we can get him a new one. Android is preferred but an iPhone will work too. TIA!
