Not sure whether food is allowed on Freegle, but a shame to waste it.
I made some Carrot and Coriander soup this weekend. It is a lovely soup containing coconut milk.
I tried a different make of coconut milk, but it is too strong for us.
Contains:
Onions, carrots, garlic, stock cubes, dried coriander and a tin of coconut milk. There are two 600gm tubs (re-used) available. Each tub is plenty for two people. They are currently in the freezer.
I can take them out of the freezer just prior to pick-up.
