Ikea Stopp Filt anti-slip rug stabiliser (Frilford OX13)

The original size was 165cm x 235cm. We have used a small section of it but most of it is new. It doesn't seem to work with rugs on carpet but is supposed to be very effective when used with rugs on hard surfaces.
