Lawnmower (Pudsey LS28)

Have recently moved to a new council flat and am now responsible for part of the garden. I am currently on benefits due to ill health and cannot afford to buy one.I live in the pudsey area near the job centre. So that area would be preferred.unless it can be delivered. Thank you.
