Waste bin (Brockton Village)

This was left in the alley behind my house. I don't have use or space for it. It is not a city of Toronto bin and the city will not pick it up or empty it. Could be useful for waterproof storage Outdoors. If it's not taken by the next garbage day I will cut it in half and hope that they will take it with the garbage.
