Grey sleeper sofa. Easy to convert into a bed. In good operational condition but has a couple of the fabric seams are opening (see pics). These can be easily fixed with fabric glue. It served us fine and we are only getting rid of it since we are doing a renovation.

You will need a pick up truck. We are in Petworth in Northwest DC right off of Sherman Circle.
It’s on the ground floor and there are a few stairs from the porch. Please bring two strong people as I have a bad back and will **not** be able to help you.
We have several immunocompromised family members so masks required to enter into the house.
There is plenty of street parking close to the house.
