Heating pad or terrarium heater (Emerald Hills, near cross.)

Hi - I'm putting together a bread-proofing cabinet, and I need some kind of heater. A heating pad of some sort (terrarium heater or therapeutic heating pad) should do the trick. I'll be adding a thermostat. I could also use a medium sized Styrofoam cooler box.
