This is one of the electronic postage scales offices used where you would put the envelope on it and it would display the weight and calculate the (old rate) postage. Still good for weighing envelopes, but the postage amounts no longer match and it's bulky. About 9" wide by 3" tall and about 8" front to back.
I'm near the Berkeley Rose Garden but occasionally travel as far north as Richmond and as far south as Alameda so may be able to drop off if you are near my route.
