Old AO/Spencer (American Optical) microscope with issues. Substage light assembly needs repair. I think it is also missing power cord that goes between the power supply and the lamp assembly. One of the objective lens is missing. It should still be usable on the lower magnifications by illuminating the specimen from the top. Another issue is that the binocular adjustment is limited to maximum of about 66mm to accommodate the distance between eyes. There may be other issues or limitations that I’m not aware of. I’ve never used it so can’t provide much more information.
This instrument is only for those who like to tinker and are a bit inventive.
