used bike inner tubes (Pt Richmond)

Hello, if anyone has inner tubes for bikes, that they've been meaning to recycle, please let me know? I would like to try an art project. I'm in Pt Richmond and will go down to El Cerrito/Albany area to pick up... maybe down to University. Thanks!!
