The clearout continues... two ordinary jug kettles (with bases, but I forgot to include those in the photo). I believe both work, but I'll test for sure if there's any interest. Both are a bit scaled, and both had fine mesh filters at the spout, but those have broken. Also, on the black one, the lid is a bit wobbly when it's open, but does seal correctly when it's closed. (We always filled it through the spout, so that has little impact. Of course, that may be what broke the filter.)
Like every kettle I've ever owned, these boil for quite a while before they turn themselves off. Maybe one day we'll find one that behaves as I'd want it to.
