A box of Capsela parts from ~1990: Educational toy, of interest to children who like mechanical and electrical things. There are probably 2-3 sets here, jumbled together (a few specific parts on the second photo). No broken parts. Gears, motors, battery holders, floats, etc. These were land and water mechanical modules, no robotics or computer controled modules. The age range suggested by the original manufacturer was 7-12, but in our house it was more like 5-8. You can find many manuals at:
