Kefir starter (Kenton NE3)

Our kefir 'mother' is growing too robust so it's time to give half of it away. Would anyone want a little of it in some organic whole milk? It will ferment milk in two-three days, depending on the room temperature; the fermented milk can then be strained off and kept in a refrigerator and the process started again -- you can chose how strong a fermentation you like.
