- Our kefir 'mother' is growing too robust so it's time to give half of it away. Would anyone want a little of it in some organic whole milk? It will ferment milk in two-three days, depending on the room temperature; the fermented milk can then be strained off and kept in a refrigerator and the process started again -- you can chose how strong a fermentation you like.

- Radiator cover, approximately 700 mm high by 1680mm. Painted white, with bronze-effect removable metal grill. Recently removed and in very good condition. The radiator cover should extend well beyond the radiator at each end to allow access to temperature and lock seals valves. - Good quality, heavy duty underlay. One side is felted and the other rubberised (though we're not sure it's made of actual rubber) to grip a hard floor. No longer needed in our new home which is carpeted throughout. From a non-smoking home. Suitable for all hard surfaces including laminate. - Tall, sturdy bookcase in good condition but surplus to requirements in our new apartment. Painted white. Four extra shelves, adjustable and detachable, [10 inches deep (0.15 m)] and fixings for them. Dimensions: 80" tall (2.2 m) x 31.75" wide (0.8 m) x 11" deep (0.185 m). Plus optional extension, shown here beside the bookcase but we had it attached on top: same width and depth x 11" (0.185 m) tall. Extension available separately if desired. Reply indicating your interest in a) bookcase and b) extension. You will need a van or estate car to collect the bookcase which is heavy but can if necessary be lifted by one person. - Old clotheshorse that we had intended to turn into a screen but never did. Two bits of doweling need to be replaced. Otherwise reasonably sturdy; hinges are in good condition. IKEA Futon Sofa Bed (Kenton NE3)

- Ikea Beddinge Futon Sofa Bed. Around 20 years old but little used. Has been in our attic (covered) for over 18 years but MUST now GO URGENTLY One leg has broken off and could be resoldered but we found it easier to prop the sofa bed up on piled boards. Rear horizontal strut of frame is missing but we have been using the sofa bed without it, and sitting up to three adults on it at a time - the structure is stable. Comes with two futon mattresses, both 200 cms long but of different widths, which zip together to form the seat and back of the sofa and the mattress for the bed. These are comfortable and in good condition, either used singly or zipped together. It also comes with a bespoke cream-coloured padded cover which is stained in places -- the stains may wash out but we were concerned that washing might shrink it so we simply covered it with a bedspread. We have removed the legs and lower frame from the upper frame (with the slats) to make it easier to transport but these can easily be reassembled with a spanner and an allen (hex) key. MUST go QUICKLY. We live on the second floor of an apartment block but, now that it has been disassembled, the sofa bed will go in the lift. You will need an estate car or van to collect it. It comes with the four nuts and screws to reassemble it + the right size of Allen key.

- We have recently moved house and have kept the best and most robust of the boxes we used to pass on to others. Altogether there are over 20 boxes; most have been flat packed. Also bubble wrap, cut into small pieces and a large quantity of packaging paper. You can request as much as you need out of all this.
