Hygiene for Management Textbook (Iver Heath Fields SL0)

These are for people working in the food industry in management positions and those taking Level 4 Food Safety qualifications. None are the current version (I train people at this level which is why I have various versions!) but all contain very good and detailed info. The main section that has been updated each time is the legislation so the rest of the book is still relevant. Let me know if you’d like one and you can have the most recent one still available.
