Carry handles for use off the bike, these clip together so the panniers can be carried together.
Strong top hooks to mount on pannier rack. Bottom mount broke and now uses bungy and or cable ties.
Used for shopping and road touring for many years.
Ideal if fitted permanently to bike. Not suited to off-road/bike packing.
