You can sit on your couch and pedal while you're watching TV, or at your desk and pedal while you're working. Still works great, but I didn't think I ever got a decent workout on it. I have the original box and the tools that were used to put it together (a small wrench and Allen wrench) but I'm not going to go through the trouble of taking it apart and packing it because you're probably just going to put it back together again.
