Hen house plus run (run needs repair) (Poplars SG2)

I have a hen house that hasn’t been used for some time, pre covid. It will accommodate 4-6 hens but for me 4 was the max to give them lots of room. It has a 9x3ft small run and a 10x8ft larger run. Both need repair… a lot of the wood needs replacing in the runs but the weld mesh is still ok. (It is where the wood has been in contact with the ground that the wood has rotten. Just need new battens). The hen house is still fine…it is raised off the ground, and is dry. It has two nest boxes. A van needed to take away.
