I have the following which may be good for someone throwing a little bday party:
X1 paw patrol birthday banner
X1 Marshall foil balloon
X1 Chase foil balloon
X2 paw patrol badge balloons
X1 gold ribbon to hold the banner
The foil balloons have been deflated, but yoy just need to insert a straw in the valve hole and they'll blow up again. Or you can fill with helium.
