Feet are removable. The feet in this picture are not correct. I have the feet it came with.
One side is has a crack, but the cover zips off if you want to order one. Or just cover it with a blanket.
Very comfortable.
It will be necessary for you and another person to carry it down three flights of turn-stairs. It is relatively light. I've done it with another person. Really not bad.
