Microwave Oven Works But Has Issues (l1k ob5)

Panasonic Inverter Microwave Oven. It works but occasionally, arcs in the bottom left corner. See picture. We've been using it that way for quite a while now though. Also, about every 3 years I have to take the cover off and replace the fuse. It's working fine right now though. If anyone wants it before it goes to the dump, let me know. Thanks for looking.
